Some design firms outsource all of their IT services to save money. That is great for them, it saves them money.  But who do you call on a weekend when your email or website have issues? ALL website hosting customers will have a glitch sometime, even Google does.  The difference with Delaware.net versus other design firms is that we own and operate our own datacenter that is monitored 24x7x365 by the people that built it. It doesn't matter if your design company outsources to the largest host in the world, if you have to call multiple times and wait on hold forever to resolve an issue. That won't happen with us.   When shopping for a website design company, ask them if they have after-hours support.  Ask how many network engineers they have on staff full-time.   Ask them where their servers are located. Ask them if they use virtual servers for all of their hosting. Very quickly, you will see that there is a lot more to hosting than a monthly fee.
