We screen our employees carefully, and we are very selective about who we hire.   Other design firms hire employees with questionable credentials and backgrounds.    Our professional staff has the degrees, certifications, and experience that sets us apart from the other guys.  Looks can be deceiving, so when you select a design firm to spend your hard earned money with, you should get the best.  There is literally too much riding on the performance and income potential of our solutions to trust them to just anyone, and that is why we have assembled such a great team of people here.

The proof is in the portfolio.   We have more success stories than most website design firms.   Behind each of those good looking designs is a story about how we worked hard to champion the customer to take their business further.  We have witnessed other companies that bill customers into oblivion without a care in the world about their reputation or the customer's budget.  The meter is always running with them.  Those firms are on the way out.  You can't hide poor business ethics for long, and the word spreads very quickly.   That is why our customers recommend us, and why most of our work comes to us based on referrals.

A Real Facility

We didn't start in a house, or a basement, or a dorm room.  We started with an investment, an idea, and passion for building high-performance websites.  We built our own datacenter, office, servers, and software with blood, sweat, and tears.  We made mistakes, and we learned from them quickly. You don't last over 13 years without dedication and a good reputation.  We didn't cut corners because we wanted to have control over our work's quality.  We welcome visitors to our office with an appointment, and you will see our development environment first hand. 

A Real Team

There is a common belief in the geek world that the traditional office is dead, and that all work can be done remotely.   We mostly disagree with that logic.   We have a few employees that telecommute locally a couple of days a week, but they are here the rest of the time.   Why? Because it takes a team to build a website, and to build the solutions that we offer.  Some communication and camaraderie  gets lost with instant messaging, phone calls, and email.  This team approach saves time, and our team learns from each other more quickly.   We actually knocked down walls in our office so that our tech team and our creative team could collaborate better.   It worked!

Real Marketing

We market our clients every chance we get.  We use the services of many of our clients, and promote them whenever possible.   Projects are promoted using social media, on search engines, and in articles.    If our clients are successful, we are successful.    Other firms will build your site and then abandon you.  Not us.  We setup site review meetings with you after your site is live, and we provide quarterly website review meetings with consulting at no charge for our clients.
