No charge for consultations or meetings

We don't charge our clients or prospective clients to meet with us.  We want to make sure that we understand your needs, and that we can answer all of your questions in a no-pressure environment.   We are well known for sharing all of our knowledge with our clients, and our most successful clients come to see us several times a year to review their websites and strategies.  Your success is critical to our success, so we would like for you to think of us as your virtual IT and web team for your company.

Usually there are no setup fees

We don't charge a hosting "setup fee" for moving a domain name, email accounts, or setting up a basic hosting account.  If your website needs an upgrade, custom programming, or application upgrades, then we will provide you with a quote.   But for the most part, we want to make your move to us as seamless as possible so that you have zero downtime or surprises.

We don't charge for website debugging

When you go with a company that pieces together open-source solutions from various vendors, or when they use a system that involves many different plugins, your site becomes more fragile because all of those systems have to work together.   All website applications need work to evolve and improve, and there may be a bug or issue with them from time to time.   But our competitors won't be upgrading your website after it is built unless you pay them to do so.  They also aren't monitoring your site for issues.   Our approach is very different.   Any bugs in our websites are immediately reported to our programming team.   If there is an issue with one of our applications, we fix it across ALL of our servers.  In other words, our website applications are much more stable.

Free application feature upgrades

This is actually a very big deal, and it something that we mention several times here in our website because no other company does this.   When we build a new feature for our applications, those new features are automatically sent out to all other websites that we host.    With other companies, your website won't get new features unless you pay for them.   So unless you are paying for a website revamp every year, you won't have the latest technology, search engine optimization, social networking integration, you get the idea.  This hidden benefit saves our customers thousands of dollars in unecessary web design fees every year. 

We don't charge by the hour for projects

Our competitors charge by the hour for everything they do.  This doesn't motivate their employees to work fast, and as you can imagine, their projects typically go over budget.  WAY over budget.    Read our hourly rates page for information about how we charge for our services.
